Refund Policy. Your satisfaction with our Services and Products are important to us. Yet, because of the extensive time, effort, preparation and care that goes into creating and/or providing our Services and Products, we have a very strict refund policy. Most of our content is digital or individually made and therefore, a lengthy refund policy could result in the theft of our materials. All Services and Products are not returnable after purchase.
Unless otherwise provided by law, you acknowledge that we do not offer refunds for any portion of your payment for any of our 1:1 Services or if you are unhappy with your purchase, we welcome you to email us at email@example.com to provide feedback. We also do not offer refunds on our Courses or Products, unless a separate refund policy has been outlined on the individual sales pages for the specific course.
Cancellation. You can cancel your Subscription at any time. Please note that you must cancel your Subscription before it renews for a subsequent month in order to avoid being charged for the next month’s Subscription Fee. If you cancel your Subscription, the cancellation will become effective at the end of the then current monthly Subscription period. Refunds will not be provided for any subscription. we do not provide credit, refunds, or prorated billing for subscriptions that are cancelled mid-month. in such a circumstance, you will continue to have access to your Subscription until the end of the monthly billing cycle.
